All orders are custom made and thoroughly inspected before mailing off, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES allowed. Before ordering, please read listing instructions thoroughly and leave all necessary information. Failure to follow listing instructions could result in a misprint at no fault to our shop.
For custom orders, if an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 72 hours of notice. And since we all make mistakes, if an error was made on your end, we will ship you a replacement at a discounted rate within 72 hours. Just contact us and we will work through the details.
If an item was damaged in transit, or incorrect you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order (Please Note - 48 hours from the date delivered shown on tracking).
Please keep in mind that the colour of the actual merchandise can slightly vary from the colour you see on your monitor, contact us if you need colour confirmation.
